The Field Guide Association of Southern Africa (FGASA) is the largest guiding body in Southern Africa, setting high standards for professional guiding. Stormsriver Adventures is proud to be a corporate member of FGASA and adheres to their stringent code of conduct. All our guides are qualified with their Local Field Guide Level 1 certification, and we offer ongoing opportunities for them to pursue further qualifications, ensuring that they are always equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to provide exceptional experiences for our guests.

Proudly South African is a campaign launched in 2001 by the South African government, organized business, organized labor, and community organizations, all represented in the National Economic Development and Labour Council (Nedlac). Its goal is to boost job creation, foster national pride, and encourage the support of local companies and homegrown products and services.
