Tariffs
- Tariffs quoted are subject to change: While we strive to keep our prices consistent, they may change due to various factors. If there are any price changes, we will communicate them in advance where possible.
- Fixed quotations confirmed in writing: Any quotations that have been confirmed in writing will be honored, even if there are subsequent price changes.
- VAT is included: All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, ensuring transparency with no hidden fees.
- Discounts and promotions: Please be aware that discount vouchers and over-the-counter or telephonic promotions do not apply to online bookings once full payment has been processed.
Conditions of Payment:
- Full Payment Required: A 100% deposit or upfront credit card payment is required to confirm all bookings. No booking will be confirmed without the necessary proof of payment or credit card payment.
- Tour Operators: Vouchers are acceptable for tour operators. Payment terms for tour operators are strictly 7 days from the invoice date.
Cancellation Policy
Based on general industry practices:
- 100% Refund: If the Client/Operator cancels or amends the booking 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
- No Refund: If the Client/Operator cancels or amends the booking on the day of the activity or fails to arrive at the scheduled time.
- Full Refund: May be considered on merit with proof of illness, hospitalization, accident, or death.
- Stormsriver Adventures Cancellation: A full refund will be granted if activities are canceled for safety reasons.
- No Refund: If the Client/Operator does not complete the tour or misses the departure time.
- Admin Fee: A 10% admin fee will be charged on all refunds.

Gift Cards - Tsitsikamma Canopy Tour Vouchers
- Confirmed Voucher Codes Only: Only online bookings with a confirmed voucher code will be accepted.
- Subject to Availability: Vouchers are subject to product availability and weather conditions.
- Additional Charges: Any additional charges are the responsibility of the voucher holder.
- Non-Exchangeable: Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
- No Extensions: Vouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.
Additional Extras
All extras not explicitly included in the booking are the client's responsibility and must be settled prior to departure.
